Copyright Office. I own full rights to my designs. I DO NOT ALLOW YOU TO
REPRODUCE MY DESIGNS/ARTWORK IN ANY FORM (Digital, Photo, etc.).

my designs for sewing purposes only.***
Things you may do with our designs:
*You
MAY sell items with my designs embroidered on them (up
to 100 items sold per design)

MAY sell the finished products you create with my designs (such as projects that
are done entirely "in the hoop")

items sold per design).
*If
you sell finished items using my designs on the internet, you
must give Simple Pleasures credit for the design with a link to my site. (www.Simpleasures.com)

MAY resize my designs.
*You
MAY add lettering to my designs.
*You
MAY use different colors for my designs to suit your needs.
*You
MAY refer your friends & family to this website so that they can purchase our
designs.
*You
MAY sew out our designs on articles for personal use or to be given as gifts.

Things you must NOT do with our designs:

MAY NOT sell, trade, share, give, or redistribute my design files or my written
instructions in any manner. My design files & instructions belong to me.

*You
MAY NOT use any part of my designs to create a new design for sale or to share
or for your own use.
*You
MAY NOT use any photo from my site without my permission.
*You
MAY NOT digitally (or
otherwise) recreate any of my designs for any reason.
*You
MAY NOT use my designs for
any reason other than machine embroidery.
You must abide by ALL of these rules if you wish to
